Kathy Lane brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to clients relocating to Florida’s Suncoast, with deep expertise in new construction, golf communities, and lifestyle-driven moves. She works extensively with buyers transitioning to communities throughout Venice and Englewood, including the Wellen Park area, providing informed guidance, clear communication, and strong follow-through from start to finish.



A longtime resident of Venice and Boca Royale Golf & Country Club, Kathy understands firsthand the appeal of resort style living, from the sense of community to the year-round outdoor lifestyle. Originally from Chicago, with time spent living in Orlando before settling on the Suncoast, she brings personal insight into the relocation process and the questions that often come with moving from out of state.



Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bradley University, a background that supports her ability to communicate clearly, manage details precisely, and guide clients confidently through each step of the transaction. Her professional experience includes extensive work with new construction and builder sales, where timelines, coordination, and attention to detail are critical. She was recognized as a top sales performer with Neal Communities for five consecutive years and received the 2025 Platinum Award for selling more than $28 million in real estate—achievements that reflect both experience and long-standing client trust.



Known for her responsiveness, organization, and accountability, Kathy believes successful real estate experiences are built on listening first, setting clear expectations, and staying engaged throughout the process. She prioritizes proactive communication and careful oversight so clients feel informed, protected, and confident from beginning to end. Her approach is grounded in integrity, respect, and doing the right thing—treating every client with the same care she would expect for her own family.



Kathy is actively involved in her community and supports Epiphany Cathedral. Outside of real estate, she enjoys golf, time at the beach, exploring local restaurants, hosting friends and family, and staying active—fully embracing the Florida lifestyle that draws so many to the Suncoast.
